Alexander Rolfe, MA, MLIS

I came to George Fox in 2001 as a reference librarian. I became technical services librarian in 2007, and then in 2020 became the library director as well.

What do you do at Fox?

As university librarian, I lead a delightful team of librarians and staff dedicated to serving students. As technical services librarian, I oversee acquisitions, cataloging and periodicals. My work includes the Digital Commons, where we showcase faculty and student scholarship; we also publish some open textbooks and journals. I'm our lead for any major library system migrations.
