The Morse Athletic Fields are home to the university's baseball and softball teams. The baseball field has bleacher seating for 250, a newly renovated grandstand and press box, and a new full-scale electronic scoreboard. The softball field features newly renovated bleachers, dugouts, bullpens, a press box and sound system.
The Bruins are now the fourth team in the Northwest Conference to shift away from natural grass and introduce artificial turf for the infield. The Diamond Series turf is made specifically for baseball fields, and George Fox was the first Division III school on the West Coast to install the surface.
The complex is named for Curtis and Margaret Morse, avid supporters of Bruin athletics, whose major donation funded recent renovations. The Morse family has had a long association with George Fox, with four generations of the family having attended the university.
