Non-Current Student Account Policies
What is a Non-Current Student Account?
A Non-Current Student Account refers to an account for a student who has an
outstanding balance but is no longer actively enrolled at the university. This includes students
who have taken a leave of absence, graduated, or withdrawn.
How to Make a Payment

Pay in full
To pay in full, log into your my.georgefox.edu account and choose to pay via debit/credit card (a service fee will apply) or ACH transfer. Alternatively, you can mail a check or money order, or bring cash directly to our office.

Monthly payment plan
A monthly payment plan option is available only for non-current student accounts, as defined above. To enroll in a monthly payment plan, please email nc-studentaccounts@georgefox.edu.
When Will My Account Be Sent to Collections?
If George Fox University’s collection efforts are unsuccessful, the outstanding debt will be referred to a collection agency for further action, which may include legal proceedings.
What Outside Collection Agencies Do We Use?
Currently, we work with Williams and Fudge for collections. For more information, you can visit their website https://www.wfcorp.com/.
Further Information and Policies
- You will not be able to register for classes or receive your diploma until your balance is paid in full.
- To review the payment agreement form you sign each year, please email nc-studentaccounts@georgefox.edu.
- Guarantor forms remain active and valid until the student’s account balance is fully paid and the student is formally separated from the university. As stated in item 13 of the guarantor agreement, the guarantor may also be sent to collections for any past-due account.
- If you no longer have access to your MyGeorgeFox.edu account, please contact our IT Department to regain access. It is also your responsibility to update your mailing address, email address, or phone number if they have changed.
